I was born in 1976 and am your expert for consulting, sales development and digitalization.
For me, good consulting means specific familiarization with the relevant topics and measurable results.
I am a certified management consultant, trainer and coach according to the quality criteria of the German Federal Ministry of Economics, the German Trainer Association and the European Coaching Association.
I look back on a sales and management career of many years.
My stations were: National Sales Management, Senior Key Account Management, Regional Sales Management, as well as Sales Field Service.
For several years, I was responsible for the German sales of a globally active electronics group and managed a corresponding number of employees.
I studied economics and organizational sciences (Univ.) as well as education (Univ.) in Germany and the USA.
Since 2007, I have been advising multinational corporations as well as large medium-sized companies worldwide on strategy and expansion plans, sales optimization as well as digitalization projects – since 2014 also as International Senior Consultant for MTI.
Through my many years of consulting experience, I have detailed knowledge of the optics industry (e.g. Rodenstock), chemicals industry (e.g. Lanxess, SUEZ), pharmaceuticals industry (e.g. Merck, Kulzer), capital goods industry (e.g. Kone Cranes, DEMAG), tech sector (e.g. HARTING), food industry (e.g. Mondelez) as well as the service sector (e.g. TÜV Rheinland).
With a lot of empathy, pragmatism and craftsmanship I always make sure that decisions in the company are implemented quickly to achieve measurable/visible and very good results.
