unternehmensWert:Mensch is a funding program that provides companies with low-threshold support in designing a future-oriented HR policy. With the participation of the employees, sustainable changes are initiated with professional process consulting.
Using the opportunities of digitization profitably has also become an economic necessity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). To do this, companies need sustainable strategies and new concepts. This is where the new program branch unternehmensWert:Mensch plus (uWM plus) comes in by promoting operational learning and experimentation spaces. As part of professional process consulting, your company will be made fit for digitization. In a participation-oriented learning process, custom-fit solutions for digital transformation are developed and innovative work concepts are tested.
Your company can receive funding in the uWM plus program branch if the following criteria are met:
At least one full-time employee subject to social insurance contributions (The calculation is based on annual work units. Part-time employees can be considered on a pro-rata basis).
The funding covers twelve consulting days, the funding rate is 80 percent, i.e. 20 percent of the eligible consulting fee must be paid by the companies as their own contribution. A total of approximately five to six months should be planned for the consulting process.
